Ohio Living Home Health - - Responsibilities:
Provides daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and as instructed by the Charge Nurse;
Maintains the Plan of Care for residents/patients;
Assists with Activities of Daily Living including personal hygiene, elimination, comfort and safety;
Observes and reports pressure areas and skin breakdown; assists with nursing treatments;
Reports changes in residents or patients condition to the Charge Nurse as soon as practical
