Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Every or Every Other Weekend
Facility: Anchor Care Rehabilitation and Care Location: Hazlet, NJ Shift: Weekends (Every or Every Other)
Pay: Up to $40/hr

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations
• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care
• Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Follow personalized care plans for each resident
• Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures
• Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions
• Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Strong commitment to resident care, safety, and dignity
• Team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about long‑term care
