Registered Nurse; PRN

Medcor is hiring a Registered Nurse on a PRN (as‑needed) basis to serve as an Onsite Health Nurse at our employer‑based occupational health clinic in Whippany, NJ. The clinic operates Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

This position pays $38–$40 per hour based on experience.

There are no guaranteed hours. Availability to pick up occasional shifts is required.

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
• Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols, known as the Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs)
• Build and maintain internal team relationships
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings
• Documentation of care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools
• Case management
• Medical charting
• OSHA record‑keeping

• Love what you do
• Have valid licensure for the position you are applying for
• Have current CPR/BLS certification
• Have strong computer and technology skills (e.g., navigating cell phones, texting, fax machines, EMR software)
• Be strong enough to lift a 50‑lb emergency response bag

• You are comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment
• You have relevant occupational health experience
• You have experience in emergency medicine or critical care
