Overview
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) opportunities at Complete Care at Bey Lea. Shifts available: 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7. We are hiring caring and dedicated CNA professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Accurately document care and observations
- Encourage resident engagement and emotional well-being
- Follow all applicable healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available
