Registered Nurse Supervisor (Registered Nurse) (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

As an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment. • Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor documentation accuracy and completion
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment

• Active RN License in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
