What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful impact every day by helping residents live with comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities include:

* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

* Providing compassionate, person-centered care while promoting resident independence

* Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team

* Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines

* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

* Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

* Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

* High school diploma or GED

* At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or a related healthcare setting preferred

* Memory Care experience is a plus

* Compassionate, dependable individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine passion for serving older adults
