Job Details- Position Type: PRN / Per Diem RN
- Location:
On-site – Cape May Court House, New Jersey (08210) - Shift: 12‑hour nights (telemetry nursing)
- Shifts per Week: 1
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date:
March 23, 2026 - Estimated Weekly Salary: $660 - $760 per week
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry (Med-Surg Tele) or telemetry nursing setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification—American Heart Association preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary hospital team
- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, assess patient conditions, and document clinical findings
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on illness, procedures, and post‑discharge care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment and follow hospital policies and infection control standards
- Complete timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation and handoffs
