Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Monmouth/Ocean County area on a per diem basis. The RN Care Coordinator will oversee delivery of companion and personal care services, starting with an initial Nursing Evaluation and Plan of Care, with 60-day visits as required by New Jersey standards.
