Salary RangeUS $33.00 – $39.00 per hour

Active member of the Resident Care Team who assists the Resident Care Director with community management. Responsibilities include supervising Resident Care Associates, monitoring residents’ health needs, covering staffing as needed, supporting on‑call duties, and following up on family issues as directed by the Resident Care Director.
Essential Job FunctionsFinger and hand dexterity; visual and auditory acuity; ability to lift at least 15lbs.; push/pull carts; continuous walking, sitting, and standing; turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, reach above shoulder height; good body mechanics; neat and well groomed; positive attitude toward service provided.

- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Professional knowledge and skills to plan the Resident Care Department per current state, federal and local standards. Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, is essential. Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods. - Education:
High school diploma and graduation from an accredited nursing program. - Experience:
At least two years in a geriatric setting and prior health experience in hospital and/or community setting. - Certificates/Licenses:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
