RN - PCU

This is a night shift position, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, requiring every other weekend or three weekends per month, depending on needs.

This is a 13-week contract position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with recent experience in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate must be accustomed to a high-volume, fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care.

The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care.

• MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE
• Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience is required.
• BSN is mandatory.
• Travel experience is required (must have completed at least one contract assignment).
• Current NJ License or Compact License.
• Certifications:
  
  AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (pending certifications or certifications expiring within 30 days of submission are NOT accepted).
