Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Job Description

Brookdale is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio to provide personalized care to seniors, documenting resident status and performing clinical procedures as per community policy.

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift: $2.00 per hour.
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift: $3.00 per hour.

Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 for part‑time or $2,000 for full‑time, paid after three months.

• Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Maintain state CNA/STNA certification.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
