Doctors Subacute Healthcare + Rehab seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The LPN provides hands-on subacute and long-term care, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and close monitoring of resident conditions. Working in our compassion-driven, resident-focused, family-like culture, you will collaborate with RNs, therapists, and support staff to support recovery, comfort, and quality of life.
