Pay Rate: $33 - $39 Per Hour

Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at King Manor Care Center you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation

  • Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions

  • Assist physicians during rounds and exams

  • Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations

  • Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Qualifications
  • Current LPN license valid in NJ

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team

  • Must pass TB screening and required health checks

  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
