Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care NJ is hiring an Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) for the Southwest New Jersey team. The APRN will conduct hospice recertification visits, collaborate with the Medical Director, and help coordinate care plans for patients.
Applicants must hold a Nurse Practitioner license, have 2–4 years of hospice experience, and possess a Master’s Degree. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required. Competitive benefits are offered.
