Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

$2276.64/week –

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring timely and efficient treatment for patients. Collaborate with the medical team to deliver high-quality healthcare services while adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions.
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment based on severity.
• Follow specific protocols for patient assessment, intervention, and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NJ license or valid Compact nursing license.
• Possess at least 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience.
• Have Epic EHR experience and at least one completed travel assignment.
• Maintain current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications; certifications expiring within 30 days are not accepted.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
