Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ is seeking a Certified Nursing Associate to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and recording vital signs, supporting mobility and transfers, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and promptly reporting changes in resident condition.
You'll work closely with RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other team members in a resident-centered, respectful environment focused on recovery, comfort, and quality of life. Opportunities for growth and continued learning are supported.
