Travel LTAC RN

Responsibilities

LTAC RNs provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation. They collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans that promote optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

• Administering medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and managing central lines
• Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient status
• Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff

Qualifications and skills: Strong clinical proficiency in acute care procedures, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to supervise support staff effectively.
