Hackensack Meridian Health's Jersey Shore University Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg/Tele care. You will collect comprehensive data, perform age- and disease-specific assessments, identify status changes, and develop a patient-centered plan of care in collaboration with the health team.
This full-time role requires a NJ nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of Med/Surg/Tele RN experience. BSN in progress is preferred.
