Responsibilities Include:
- Provide compassionate and personalized careto our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications,monitor health status, and provide education to residents and families.
- Fostermeaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Enjoyfun activities and events that promote a positive atmosphere and enhance residents’ lives.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
- Current/active CPR certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is a 55-bed post-acute care center located on the campus of RWJ University Hospital-Hamilton.
