Location: Woodstown
Role
Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation setting, providing personalized, compassionate care to support patient recovery.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans, address patient concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Build strong relationships with patients and families, support staff with complex needs, and celebrate patient milestones.
Qualifications & Skills- Valid RN licensure as per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus
