Certified Nursing Assistant

Holly Manor Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing and rehab facility in Hackettstown, NJ, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care. CNAs assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene; obtain and record vital signs; support nurses with treatments and restorative programs; and maintain a safe, clean environment. You will document care, observe and report condition changes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff
• Support nurses with treatments, procedures, and restorative care programs
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas following infection control standards
• Document care provided accurately in charts or electronic health records
• Offer emotional support and respectful, dignified interaction with residents and families
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident transport within the facility
• Participate in care plan meetings and follow individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident comfort and function
