Virtua Midwifery Birth & Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join their team. Candidates must have at least three years of birth center experience.

Virtua Midwifery Birth & Wellness Center is a collaborative, midwife-led practice committed to providing personalized, evidence-based, and compassionate care throughout the lifespan. Our certified nurse midwives provide comprehensive care spanning gynecology, family planning, preconception and prenatal care, labor and birth, postpartum and breastfeeding support, and menopause care.

Virtua offers a unique range of opportunities for midwives, including hospital-based births and care at the Midwifery Birth & Wellness Center in Voorhees, South Jersey's only freestanding birth center. The birth center provides a warm, family-centered environment designed to support physiologic birth, including private birthing suites, labor and water-birth options, and Centering Pregnancy.

Our care model emphasizes shared decision-making, patient autonomy, relationship-based care, and inclusion of families and support people. Midwives work within the broader Virtua Health System, providing patients with access to comprehensive obstetric, maternal fetal medicine, neonatal, and hospital resources when higher-acuity care is needed.

Compensation:
In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all Certified Nurse Midwife roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $ per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
