Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities include- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Serving as a resource for staff and addressing complex patient needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
- Valid RN licensure as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is a plus.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to adapt to technology and support recovery goals.
