Virtua Medical Group is seeking full‑time and part‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team serving our Mt. Holly and Willingboro hospitals.

Schedule Flexibility:
Choose from a variety of shift lengths (8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 24‑hour options); 24‑hour shifts include an additional stipend. Schedules are made quarterly to maximize planning and work‑life balance.

Diverse Case Mix:
From complex vascular cases to healthy surgery center cases, enjoy a variety of procedures and collaborate with anesthesiologists who practice independently, fostering a culture of collaboration and collegiality when supervising CRNAs.

• Teaching: Work with local SRNA programs and mentor future providers
• Leadership: Contribute in a self‑governed CRNA model led by a Lead CRNA
• Professional Development: Participate in system‑wide initiatives and quality improvement efforts

Minimum base salary: $ per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
