LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Responsibilities You'll Love:

Provide nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents' physical and emotional conditions and report any changes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
Document patient care, observations, and treatments accurately
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

What We Look For:

Valid LPN license in New Jersey
