Telemetry/Stepdown RN | Days

Shift: Days | 36 hrs/week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Float: As Needed

• RN License (NJ or Compact)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience

• Care Planning & Coordination
• Therapeutic Nursing Interventions
• Evidence-Based Practice
• Stroke Patient Care

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and manage telemetry patients with changing clinical conditions
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and ongoing reassessments
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately according to standards and patient acuity
• Support evidence-based practice and quality initiatives

Experienced Telemetry/Stepdown RN with strong cardiac monitoring skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to manage moderately acute patients in a fast-paced inpatient setting. Comfortable floating as needed and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

3x12 Hour Shift: Days | 36 hrs/week
