* Key Responsibilities:
** - Evaluate patient conditions and support physicians in delivering top-notch care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans through continuous evaluations.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient well-being.
- Manage care for a diverse group of patients with various telemetry needs.
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with established care standards and patient acuity.
- Advocate for and support the adoption of evidence-based practices.
- Deliver patient-centric care that reflects professional nursing models.

Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum of 2 years recent telemetry experience is a must.
- *
* Education Requirements:
** - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- ** Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS (AHA) certification.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- NIHSS certification.
- Telemetry Certification and/or Telemetry Competency Exam is required.

* Languages:
** - Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is a must.
- ** Schedule Notes:** - Full-time position with a day shift.
- 36 hours per week with an expectation to float as needed.
- Weekend requirements: every other weekend.
