A leading community-focused nonprofit is hiring Outdoor Lifeguards for a summer position in Springfield, NJ. As a Lifeguard, you'll ensure the safety and enjoyment of all swimmers while working in a fun, outdoor environment. Candidates should be at least 15 years old and must hold certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid. This seasonal role offers competitive wages starting at $17.34/hour with opportunities for 40 hours of work weekly during the active pool season from late May to early September.
