Neurology Veterinary Technician Supervisor Eclipse Specialty & Emergency Pet Care is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead and develop our Neurology team.

The Role As a Neurology Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will lead our Neurology department, supporting technicians and veterinary assistants who assist with complex neurologic diagnostics, advanced imaging, and both medical and surgical neurologic patients.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing others, improving how work gets done, and creating the conditions for both patients and people to succeed.

You will bring clinical credibility to your team while also serving as a coach, mentor, problem-solver, and partner to our neurologists and hospital leadership.

What You'll Be Responsible For As a Neurology Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will:

Lead, coach, support, and develop technicians and veterinary assistants within the Neurology department

Partner closely with board-certified neurologists and hospital leadership to support exceptional patient care, including diagnostics (MRI/CT, CSF collection, EMG), medical management of neurologic conditions, and pre/post-operative surgical care Establish and maintain clear clinical, behavioral, and operational expectations

Support onboarding, training, mentorship, and career development through defined leveling frameworks, with attention to neurology-specific competencies (anesthesia for advanced imaging, seizure patient monitoring, neurologic exams, surgical assisting)
Provide regular feedback, recognition, coaching, and performance support

Address challenges early, directly, and fairly while helping team members succeed

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, efficiency, and patient safety, particularly around imaging scheduling and surgical case flow
