Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare finished samples as instructed for commercial, creative or technical ends, including filing, labeling and packaging.
• Conduct standard testing - assist in special projects.
• Keep accurate and complete records of sample preparation activities and test results.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, customer bases, and raw material stocks.
• Keep storage areas neat and orderly.
• Prepare in-house cosmetic, toiletry and household and industrial product bases as instructed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Other requirements are deemed necessary by supervisor.

• Works independently within scope of duties, reporting directly to supervisor

Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in chemistry or closely related science preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in general laboratory practices.
