Quality Assurance; QA Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in inspecting machined work pieces to ensure they meet strict specifications. You'll use precision instruments and follow detailed instructions to guarantee product quality. This is a full-time, contract position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.

• Inspect machined work pieces for conformance to specifications.
• Interpret and follow written inspection instructions and customer specifications.
• Measure dimensions using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and X-ray equipment.
• Complete inspection forms and reports.
• Perform airflow tests, incoming, and final inspections.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts and overtime as required.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to technical data export restrictions.

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with computerized shop floor tools.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
• Strong team player with flexibility to move to different areas as needed.
