Job Summary
Quality Control Laboratory Technologist responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing and analysis in a state‑of‑the‑art lab environment.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to company policies and safety and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine and non‑routine qualification of raw material, in‑process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Follow lab procedures for specimen handling, test analyses, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Interpret test results accurately, identify deviations from specifications or quality standards.
- Document all quality control activities, instrument and equipment verifications, calibrations, and maintenance.
- Follow established policies and procedures when test systems are outside acceptable performance levels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate and resolve quality‑related issues.
- Complete other assigned and delegated tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of Quality Control experience in a regulated industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Detail‑oriented mindset committed to accuracy and precision.
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment.
- Frequent standing and walking in the lab.
- Experience in ELISA, IFT, Blot, and other Microbiology & Immunology testing principles and techniques.
- Previous experience in a quality control laboratory within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of QA principles, GMP/GLP guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
Base salary range: $22.00–$27.88 per hour.
