Job Summary
Quality Inspector in a pharmaceutical logistics operator, responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) across all operations. Performs inspection, sampling, product release, and audit activities to ensure the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products and materials.
Reviews technical documentation (Batch Records), conducts shipment audits, self‑inspections, and maintains quality records and documentation systems. Supports staff training, quality‑management system maintenance, and regulatory compliance, contributing to continuous improvement and operational integrity.
Responsibilities- Perform inspections, sampling, and release of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Review technical documentation and packaging Batch Records, conduct audits of orders, dispatch processes, operations, and hygiene conditions.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and manage quality documentation and records within the Quality Management System.
- Carry out self‑inspections and monitor process adherence, prepare reports and records related to inspections and sampling activities.
- Support staff training on quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Manage system access and perform administrative quality‑related tasks.
- Execute additional duties assigned by the Quality area based on operational needs.
