Production Administrative Coordinator (Seasonal)

Location: Mickleton, NJ

Schedule: 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts (includes one weekend day)

Work Environment: Fully onsite (cold storage/refrigerated environment)

Duration: Temporary (19 weeks)

Compensation: $18–$20/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations during peak season. This is a high-volume, seasonal role within a fast‑paced warehouse and food production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing repetitive administrative tasks while working independently.

This position operates in a cold storage setting, requiring employees to dress appropriately for low temperatures (e.g., jeans, sweaters, jackets, sneakers).

Schedule
  • 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts
  • Schedule options include:
  • Sunday–Wednesday (half day Wednesday morning)
    OR
  • Wednesday (half day afternoon), Thursday–Saturday
  • Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Flexibility is required during peak production periods
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track daily work orders to support production operations
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure quotas are met
  • Track and carry over incomplete work orders as needed
  • Communicate order updates with internal teams and customers
  • Assist with label staging and verification for production runs
  • Maintain accurate production records and reporting documentation
  • Send detailed and repack reports as needed
  • Partner with production teams on scheduling updates
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA/USDA, and food safety standards
Qualifications
  • Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply (including recent graduates)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working independently (may be the only admin onsite)
  • Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a cold storage setting daily
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with WMS or inventory systems
  • Exposure to warehouse, production, or food manufacturing environments
