What You'll Do- Investigate customer-reported product and quality issues
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers, operations, engineering, and quality teams
- Track and manage quality-related tickets and escalations
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve concerns
- Conduct product inspections and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with basic product repairs and evaluations when needed
- Communicate solutions clearly through email, phone, and in-person discussions
- Help identify trends and recommend process improvements
- 1-5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, or Product Support
- Experience working with physical products preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to investigate issues and think critically
- Comfortable in both an office and hands-on environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- $65,000-$95,000 Base Salary (commensurate on experience, annual reviews and raises)
