Quality Assurance Records Reviewer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Records Reviewer to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying manufacturing, production, and quality records to ensure compliance with company procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of documentation accuracy and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Review batch records, production records, quality documentation, and related forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Verify that all documentation meets GDP and GMP requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, omissions, or incomplete information and coordinate corrections with appropriate departments.
- Ensure records are completed accurately, legibly, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform quality checks on manufacturing and operational documentation prior to release or filing.
- Support investigations related to documentation errors and deviations.
- Maintain organized records and assist with document control activities.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections as needed.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Control, and Operations teams to resolve documentation issues.
- Adhere to company safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Document Control, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
This is a Permanent position based out of Allendale, NJ.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Allendale, NJ.
