Role

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include developing training curricula, managing eLMS implementation, supporting regulatory inspections, and collaborating across functions to enhance training effectiveness and compliance metrics.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Education, or related field with 5+ years of GMP training management in regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing; experience supporting regulatory audits and a strong knowledge of GMP and FDA expectations.
Preferred qualificationsPreferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience managing training through organizational changes.
