Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Quality Inspector for direct-hire in Cedar Grove, NJ!

Pay rate is $18-$24/hour DOE + Quarterly Bonus.

Join a growing precision manufacturing company as a Quality Inspector II. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working hands-on with quality inspections and ensuring products meet exact specifications.

What You’ll Do

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
Read blueprints and verify dimensions
Use calipers, gauges, comparators, and other measuring tools
Document inspection results and quality findings
Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience
Blueprint reading skills
Experience with precision measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred

ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 experience
AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
Background in machining, aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing
