Resident Experience Associate/Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent delivers a hospitality-focused leasing experience while supporting daily operations at a residential community. This role combines sales, customer service, and relationship-building to attract prospects, convert leases, and support resident satisfaction. Leasing Agents represent both the property and Stratton Amenities with professionalism and a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease apartment homes and support occupancy and renewal goals
  • Deliver a high-quality, service-driven experience for prospects and residents
  • Conduct professional property tours and showcase apartments and amenities
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries and follow up with prospects
  • Prepare and process lease documents accurately and on time
  • Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and local market conditions
  • Enter and maintain accurate leasing and prospect data in property management systems
  • Partner with on-site property management and maintenance teams
  • Assist with resident events, move-ins, and community engagement efforts
  • Address resident questions or concerns and ensure timely follow-through
  • Support basic administrative and reporting tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in leasing, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to confidently close leases
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable using computers and property management software
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Customer-focused and service-driven
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and data entry skills

Schedule

  • Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Schedule may include weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and tour the property regularly
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay
: $20/hr
