This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent position based in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The Real Estate Agent will represent clients in buying, selling, and renting real properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Day-to-day tasks will involve scheduling and conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, preparing market analyses, and guiding clients through real estate transactions as their trusted advisor.

Agents are also expected to have strong knowledge of local market conditions to strategically support their clients’ real estate goals.

• A valid Real Estate License is required to practice in New Jersey.
• Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales is essential for success in the role.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
