Founded by Rick Spackman—a 30-year industry veteran with a dual background as an agent and appraiser—we are known as "The Valuation Specialists." We don’t just list homes; we understand their true value. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated agents who want to leverage our deep local insights and "Valuation First" approach to dominate the Cape May to Ocean City market.

We believe agents should be rewarded for their production. Our Founding Member packages are among the most competitive in the county:

• Full-Time Powerhouse: Start at 80/20 ➡️ Jump to 95/5 after only $10k in company dollar.
• Flexible Part-Time: Start at 80/20 ➡️ Jump to 90/10 after only $8k in company dollar.

As a Founding Member Agent
, you will work in a hybrid capacity (on-site in Cape May Court House and remote) to:

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting with expert-level market data.
• Conduct high-level property research and valuations using our "Specialist" framework.
• Negotiate transactions with confidence and professional integrity.
• Build and maintain a local network in our high-priority zones.

• NJ Real Estate License: Active and in good standing.
• Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Cape May County regulations and trends.
• Sales Savvy: Proven experience in customer service and property transactions.
• Tech-Forward: Comfortable using real estate software and modern communication tools.
• Independence: Ability to manage your own schedule and meet client needs across the county.
