CC360 Realty is a boutique brokerage in Essex County, NJ with an active rental business. We need one licensed agent to work it. Part-time or full-time, with a real path from rentals into buyer clients.

• - Respond to inbound rental leads fast (our systems tee them up — you take the conversation)
• - Schedule and run showings across Essex County and nearby towns
• - Guide renters through applications, screening, and lease signing
• - Keep every lead updated in our CRM — follow-up is the job, and our automation does the heavy lifting with you
• - Stay connected with the renters you place; they become your future buyers

• - Company rental leads shared with you as they come in — no cold calling, no door knocking, no buying leads
• - Coaching that's actually hands-on: scripts, call reviews, and a broker who picks up the phone
• - Systems already built: CRM, automated follow-up, booking, and lead routing
• - A defined growth path: rentals now, buyer and listing clients as you build

• - Newly licensed NJ agents who need real transactions and live-client practice
• - Agents a year or three into their practice
• - Returning agents with a license who want a structured way back in
• - Licensed agents who want part-time work with room to go full-time

• - Active New Jersey real estate salesperson license (or in licensing school now — apply and tell us your timeline)
• - Live in New Jersey, with reliable transportation and comfort moving around Essex County
• - Available during business hours and on weekends for showings
• - Responsive by call and text during your working hours
• - Willing to follow a system: log every lead, complete follow-ups, use the templates

Part-time to full-time. Most showings and follow-up happen during business hours, and weekend availability is part of the job.
