Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Food Technologist, located in Franklin, NJ. The Food Technologist will assist in conducting research and experiments, developing prototypes, analyzing data, and supporting product innovation initiatives. They will work in a laboratory setting, gaining hands-on experience with ingredient sourcing, product testing, and process development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in project discussions will also be part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications- Research and Development (R&D) experience and strong Research skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Interest in the food, beverage, dietary supplements and alcohol industry is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
