We are seeking a dynamic Product Development Scientist to join our NA Ventures RDQ team. In this role, you won't just be following recipes—you will be the technical engine driving the Perfect Snacks portfolio. From iterative prototyping to full-scale factory commercialization, you will own the process that brings high-quality, consumer-led products to market.

• Bench-to-Plant Leadership: Independently plan and lead technical projects, coordinating pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Data-Driven Design: Use digital simulation models to interpret consumer insights and translate them into accurate, high-performance product specifications.
• Scientific Rigor: Design and execute development activities, including shelf-life testing and "design for quality" protocols, ensuring every product meets our gold standard.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a key technical stakeholder, collaborating with Marketing and Manufacturing to navigate risks and deliver on business continuity programs.

• The Technical Expert: You hold a B.S. or M.S. in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• The Industry Veteran: You have at least 3 years of experience in the food industry, with a proven ability to manage complexity from the lab bench to the production line.
• The Creative Problem-Solver: You possess an agile mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to solve complex formulation and scale-up challenges.
• The Communicator: You can build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and present data-backed recommendations with confidence.
