The Bioanalytical Scientist will perform a variety of biochemical and analytical assays to support protein and antibody characterization. This role involves hands‑paced laboratory environment.
Responsibilities- Perform bioanalytical testing on proteins and antibodies, including but not limited to:
- Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
- HPLC methods such as SEC and CEX
- SDS‑PAGE
- UV spectroscopy
- Protein A titer assays
- ELISA
- qPCR
- Cell‑based or biochemical bioassays
- Record and manage data within laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Contribute to laboratory investigations and troubleshooting activities.
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks and technical reports.
- Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
