Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Mays Landing, NJ – Join our team to greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers, and help maintain smooth guest flow.

As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, and help maintain overall guest flow in the restaurant. You should be at least 16 years old, be able to communicate effectively, and committed to making an impact.

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Effective communication skills.
• Committed to customer service and teamwork.

Applebee's® Hosts start at $13.49/hour up to $16.00/hour, plus (tips) tip-out.

• Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to 4 hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks during the entire shift; wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
