Join Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Dishwasher and help keep our back‑of‑house clean and operating smoothly. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams in a fast‑paced environment, communicating effectively with coworkers and maintaining a positive, collaborative work ethic.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Support the kitchen crew by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Work efficiently and safely while maintaining a strong focus on sanitation and food‑service standards.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and management to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of protective equipment and proper lifting techniques.

• Minimum age 16; must be able to provide reliable transportation to work.
• Effective verbal communication skills and a strong willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with basic kitchen tools and the use of cleaning supplies.

Applebee's® Dishwashers start at minimum wage up to $22 per hour and receive competitive wages (plus tips). Additional benefits include healthcare options, meal discounts, paid sick leave, flexible scheduling, and Daily Pay (not available in California).

To perform this role you must: remain stationary and carry out repetitive motions for up to four hours; reach, bend, stoop and lift regularly; work in hot and damp conditions; wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift; and follow strict disinfectant and hand‑washing procedures.
