Pay:
We offer our Lead Bartender a competitive wage of $15–$25 per hour plus tips

This is a full‑time bartending position with shifts within business hours, averaging 30-35 hours per week behind the bar, including days

As our Lead Bartender, you'll lead the beverage program from the ground up, designing core and seasonal cocktails, refining house favorites, and ensuring every drink meets your standard. You'll train and mentor bartenders and servers, oversee consistency across shifts, collaborate with ownership on menu direction and pricing, manage prep and organization, and set the tone through action and execution.

• 3+ years bartending experience (high volume and or craft preferred)

Experience in leading cocktail or beverage programs, strong knowledge of spirits and bar operations, ability to train and lead without ego, organized and detail-oriented, balancing creativity with cost control and profitability. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess a valid alcohol service certification, or be able to obtain one, is preferred.
