Shift Manager NJ

Position Overview

Position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness and meet McDonald’s standards.

Tasks may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them, and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Must be 18 years or older, a positive team player with a flexible schedule, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay rate: $15.92 per hour.
