Pyramid Global Hospitality's The Ridge property is seeking a line cook to join our culinary team. Set up breakfast, lunch, and dinner stations, and prepare dishes per standard recipes, quality expectations, and plating guidelines.
You will perform banquet and kitchen line duties, report maintenance issues, stay current with cooking trends, and suggest menu improvements to elevate guest experience. 1-2 years of experience required; able to stand long hours and lift 20 pounds.
